Hi, (Due to local mail problems, I don't get much of this list so, could you please answer also to pive@ccu.uia.ac.be) I'm trying to build the X11R4 server on a tektronix 4317 with 4 8-bit planes (UTEK 4.1), but I have some problems since Tektronix server will onlysupport 1 and 8 8-bit planes. After some modifications, I could start up X, everything works fine but the screen looks like a mess. The input seems to be correct, but the size of a pixel is doubled in both directions and probably 2 planes are horizontaly and verticaly shifted. I think the problem is in the file pegInint.c. So if anyone out there has some clues (the solution, the ddx-sources for X11R3, a place where I can find more info, some other hints) PLEASE sent them to me... I will summarize if there are other people intrested in this stuff. thanks P.
