The PBMPLUS package doesn't seem to produce correct color PS code by either of
the two routes I tried; some of the sizing information and, apparently, some
of the color information produced is bad, where "bad" means "can't be correctly
imported by various Mac programs".  I had better luck with one of the other
screen-dump programs available; I think it was the xgrabsc program, which produces
color PS directly.
