I've just put tgif-1.20 in the following places for anonymous ftp:
expo.lcs.mit.edu contrib/tgif-1.20.tar.Z
rye.cs.ucla.edu pub/tgif-1.20.tar.Z
The source patch will appear in comp.sources.x soon.
Here's a short list of added features/bug fixes.
1) Add the ability to write the PostScript output (which is normally piped
to lpr) to a file with the ".rawps" extention.
2) Add elliptical arcs.
3) Add rounded corner rectangles.
4) When an icon is brought up to date with the most current version,
the current alignment is used to figure out how to put the new
version. Also, all attributes are updated.
5) Fix the following bug. When the user is asked to place an newly
instantiated object, if the user click outside the drawing area,
everything disappears.
6) Fix bugs in scroll bars and rulers.
Here's a list of known bugs I'm working on.
1) Color PostScript output doesn't work just right yet; specifically, if
an objects has a fill pattern, it always comes out grey.
