The idea is called peer pressure. It tends to work in most cases. If it doesn't, maybe a note to their SA or news SA. If the problem was repeated *many* times, perhaps the site which connects them to the net should be talked to. If this much pressure on a person to conform to the guidelines doen't work, it probably isn't a loss if they go away. Bernie Gunther
