I have a small problem which has been aggravating me for a while now. I am trying to write a subroutine that allows me to add parameters to call programs from twm. My setup is: X11R4, Sun3/50, SunOS4.1.1, twm. My program takes input in the form of a parameter and then calls a driver program to launch it. This allows a user to launch an application from a twm window. However it always seems to set the directory to the $HOME directory. How do I change this ? One suggstion I got was to use a resource for my entry program but unfortunately my X Programming manual skipped over that. Any info anyone could give me (or point me in the right direction, suggestions, etc.) would be most grateful. Any ideas or solutions would help me a lot.
