Hi, Does anybody have, or know about, a widget that allows text to be displayed in different fonts, where the fonts can be variable-pitch, and allow text selection in a fashion similar to the Athena Text widget? I have an application where I need to output formatted text using normal, bold, or italic fonts. The fonts can be the same size, put should be variable-pitch. The real complication is that I need to be able to select text (as a simple ASCII string) that I can paste into a normal tty window. Does such a thing exist? Any help would be appreciated, and if there is interest I will post a summary to the net. If such a thing does not exist then I will write it and send it to the Free Widget Foundation (for info contact Brian Totty, totty@cs.uiuc.edu). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Afzal Ballim |EAN,BITNET,EARN,MHS,X.400: afzal@divsun.unige.ch ISSCO, University of Geneva |UUCP: mcvax!cernvax!cui!divsun.unige.ch!afzal 54 route des Acacias |JANET: afzal%divsun.unige.ch@uk.ac.ean-relay CH-1227 GENEVA,Switzerland |CSNET,ARPA: afzal%divsun.unige.ch@relay.cs.net
