[comp.windows.x] Microsoft Window Emulation - QUERY

HI,  I am wondering if anybody out there has a library
that provides a Microsoft Windows API and emulates the
functionality of MS Windows to aid in the
porting of applications from MS Windows to X Windows.

Any information about anything commercial or free or just
work in progress would be greatly appreciated.
