[net.news] Help in determining why this failed.

I sent an article originally to: mod.computers.vax, net.unix-wizards
This is the result (in an abbreviated form). Can someone please enlighten
me as to 1) why the failure and 2) how I can prevent failures of this
nature from recurring (switching the order of the newsgroups caused the
same result). This is a SysV.2r2 site.
