Are there any sources of vfonts (for use with Mark Moraes' xtroff previewer) that contain ligatures? The vfonts available locally are lacking ligatures which produces large holes in xtroff's display... Thanks! -- Jon Leech (leech@cs.unc.edu) __@/ "Enhanced 386... I was wondering if anyone could help me out with xtroff fonts. I have been using xtroff to preview ditroff output quite successfully, however, now I am makeing overheads with much larger character point sizes. Now xtroff gives me the "Couldn't find point size 22 of the R font" type messages. I though I would take the vfonts in /usr/lib/vfont (on a sun) and convert them to bdf with vf2bdf as supplied with xtroff. After I build the fonts and changed my fontpath, xtroff would use the new font but they were HUGE! How can one scale or determine the corresponding font sizes when mixing the standard X11R4 fonts with the vfonts on suns? Thanks for any info. Tom Pusateri
