[comp.windows.x] X version on ISC ?

Last November, I got ISC's UNIX with X-windows. I notice that X11R4 is the 
current version, whereas I was supplied with X11R3. Have I been duped with
an old and out-of-date version of X?

Out of interest, briefly, what are the differences between R3 and R4?
