[comp.windows.x] Another oclock++ niglet

The Imakefile for oclock++ pre-supposes that you want to include the audio
library, no matter what Sun architecture it is being compiled on.  This library
doesn't exist on Sun-2's, Sun-3's or Sun386i's.

Sorry for not including this in the previous posting for the man page.
