Is anyone aware of a program that lets me watch all X events delivered/sent from the server (R4)? I need to debug some client communication code and it seems that some event are getting "lost". Any pointers would be appreciated. Please respond by e-mail. thanks, ...Martin b r .signature

I have used the program xscope for just such a purpose. In the man page it states that James L. Peterson (MCC) wrote xscope. The AUTHOR file contains the following line which may be of help in obtaining it.
