[comp.windows.x] PMDF-822 problem under DECWindows

	I have a problem that is only present when I run under DECWindows:
I can work with my local mail fine but when use the "IN%" prefix the
PMDF-822 puts the following error message:

     Unable to open log file. Not logging.
     Error closing logfile!
     DECW$MAIL severe error - attempting to complete pending actions
     %PMDF-F-FCRT, File create error

	Any help will be really aprecciated!
