Over the past several months, several mentions have been made of the "L1" and
"L2" forwarding flags for the news sys file entries. These flags would tell
news to forward on any news article posted locally PLUS any articles posted
by sites 1 or 2 sites away. I now find myself in need of such a capability.
Has anyone implemented this feature in news 2.10.2? If so, I'd appreciate it
if someone could mail me the patches. Otherwise, I'll probably do it myself,
and post the result to the net.
Also, is this feature going to be in news 2.10.3? Where IS news 2.10.3?
