Or put a backslash in from of the double quote symbol when you have to
include a string in .twmrc:

 "Xterm"	!"xterm -fg snow -bg maroon4 -fn \"-adobe-new century schoolbook-bold-i-normal-*-14-140-75-75-p-88-iso8859-1\" &"
