As you know Text widget is declared obsolete in version 2.5. Does this mean that this widget will not be available in the future? If this is true, we might have a problem. We have an application which uses resources, for example, XtNtextSetInsertPoint, XtNtextReplace, XttextGetLastPos ... . As it appears new widget (textedit) which replaces text widget does not provide these resources. Is there a way around? How can they replace text widget with textedit widget which does not support all the features of text widget? Thanks for any suggestions in advance. Please sent me direct mail. fm@iex.com
