i have tried several individuals on this one, but now in exasperation,
i try xpert at large. i am trying to write an X application that
allows a user to input japanese. this requires an input conversion
mechanism to be up front. i am running on a JLE sun, so their input
conversion demon is running. however, it is not supported to connect
to it myself.
i have heard of and have the code for wnn, etc., but the
documentation is all in japanese. someone has mentioned that wnn's
jserver could be used in connection with kinput, which i don't have.
my questions:
1) how do i put in hooks for conversion?
2) which conversion method do i use?
3) where do i get it?
4) is there english documentation for it?
5) if not (4) can you tell me how?
