I am wondering how to make the following function. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Display image data such as GIF, bitmap, xwd in a window and the user can draw lines, strings on the image data. And if the user erase the lines, strings by eraser, ORIGINAL IMAGE DATA APPEARS UNDER THE LINES OR STRINGS. The user can save image data with drawn lines and strings and can display them again and if the user erase the lines, strings, the same things happen. -------------------------------------------------------------------- I think that the solution is a transparent window like vinyl film. Cover the image data window with the transparent window and the user draws lines, strings on the transparent window and saves the drawing datas on the transparent window.
