[comp.windows.x] Convert to/from xpm2 to xwd and/or ppm ?

Does anybody have any converters
to and from the following pixmap formats:

   xwd <--> xpm2
   ppm <--> xpm2

I have xpm2 version 2.8 and
PBMPLUS version dated 25jan91.
