(sigh!) Has anyone seen something similar and (hopefully) found a solution? I am using Motif 1.1 and C. I have a globally declared C string whose contents are getting clobbered when I call XmStringCreateLtoR for a locally declared XmString. Bizarre! thanx, carol Carol Chapman Tel.
