What is net.sources.lock-up? I have seen no discussion about this.
I expected action from one of the net "police" but it's been four days
since the newgroup message and I haven't seen an rmgroup yet.
Also I just received a newgroup for net.internat. The discussion about
it's name and place in the group structure still seemed to be going on.
I get the impression that the people iin Europe didn't wait for the
discussion to filter back to them from the U.S. before going ahead.
Can someone clarifythese issues for me please. I am noticing a large
number of followup articles for which we never receive the parent.
There are clearly one or more black holes out there swallowing up
articles. It is therefore possible that we never received discussion
about these topics.
