Most of you will think it has taken me a lgon time to wake up since we have changed R3 to R4, but indeed the problem is not so impotrant that it prtevented me fron working !!! (sorry for spelling errors) Well, with R3 I had the following line in my .xinitrc exec xterm -C console ... ..... -lf |~/scripts/xrespond xrespond is a filter I wrote that recognises from the console someone is williung to talk to me, so that automatic response could be provided. The trouble is that it does not work anymore under R4... What's the problem ? Thanks to all s.c.
