[comp.windows.x] t_rcv and t_snd

I'm trying to get some X programs to compile on an HP9000/375 and
get the following error:

ld: Undefined external -
        _t_rcv
        _t_snd
ld: output file still contains undefined symbols
ld: (Warning) did not generate an output file
*** Error code 1

Stop.

I can't find t_rcv or t_snd in any of the libraries.  I've checked on other
machines and can find it in libX11, libnet, and libnsl.  I just can't find
it on my HP.  Is there something I'm doing wrong?
