Is it possible for an application to create a pinned popup window (menu)
and have it alway appear on top of the rest of the application windows,
and still have AutoRaise on your application without getting oscillation?
Here is the scenario. If the mouse is in a window with AutoRaise on,
the window will be raised and a VisibilityNotify event will be generated.
Then application responds to the VisibilityNotify event by redrawing
the windows and raising the pinned popup window. If then you move
the mouse, the application window will be raised again, and oscillation
occurs.
Is there any way to stop the oscillation?
