I am looking for an editor that has some means of entering character codes that are in the range of 128 to 255. We have created a special font with our wierd characters in the upper range. And vi or xedit are happy to display those characters if the file already has those character codes in it. But so far we haven't found a text editor that can easily place those character codes into a file. (I wouldn't be at all surprised that I already have the right editor, but I don't know the magic to make it work) Dan Messinger dan@scooter.rosemount.com
