[comp.windows.x] Converting MS Windows BMP files

Hi!

I have some MS Windows BMP files that I would love to view with on
my X-windows box.  

Is there any publicly available program to load or convert these BMP files
to some other format.  Xloadimage does not seem to recognize this format.
