[comp.windows.x] Looking for format-converters for image-formats

We are looking for public domain converters for different formats of
scanned images.  Our goal is to convert from CCITT-TiffG4-format to
either xwd-format or gif-format. We are perfectly happy to use
different converters and intermediate formats.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
