[comp.windows.x] FIOASYNC and FASYNC on SYSV386

Hi all,
we have a 486 running INTERACTIVE unix and T.Roell X11R4.
We have th following problem:

We have tried to compile X3270 and XGKS on our box (we would like to connect
to the VM machine of our department) but we don't know how to defineFIOASYNC
and FASYNC.
           Can somebody help us ?
