Here's one I can't seem to track down: The program is running under olwm from a sun-4/sparc on a MIPS RS 1210 X server. It is a Motif 1.0 program using the R3 intrinsics from MIPS (RISCwindows 3.2). The program is running on a MIPS box. Every once in awhile my program gets killed with this error: "X Toolkit: someone pulled the keyboard out from under us". Under other window managers, the program runs fine. This error is not listed anywhere in any Intrinsics documentation that I have. Setting a breakpoint in XtError() reveals that the error is coming from XtGrabKeyboard() when it is called from XmCreateSeparatorGadget() when I try to put up a menu. The menu is contained in a dialog with a main window widget tied to my application shell. One hitch with this program is that it uses multiple top level shells for its working windows. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks -- Brook Schoenfield: bschoen@well.sf.ca.us "How can technology be used to create a peaceful, well fed world?" - burning question -- Brook Schoenfield: bschoen@well.sf.ca.us "How can technology be used to create a peaceful, well fed world?" - burning question
