Our University has awarded a contract with Total Tech., in Edison, NJ to be our supplier of NCD X Terminals. Has anyone out there had dealings with this company before? Can anyone tell me anything about their experiences with the Total Tech sales and/or techical staff? This information would help us evaluate the contract.
