It can be obtained from 132.206.1.1, in X/justin-compose. I don't know whether it was sent to MIT for R5; if they want a copy I'm sure Justin wouldn't mind, since he did give it to me to be made available to the world by FTP. I would hope that the input handler stuff in R5 would render the old sort of compose-character processing (and thus the patch[%]) obsolete, but (not having seen the code) I don't know. We'll have to wait and see.
