This is a list of the groups which comprise 80% of the volume of USENET. The first two groups alone comprise at least 10% of the volume. net.sources net.politics net.sources.mac net.singles net.music net.micro.mac net.auto net.followup net.micro.amiga net.micro.pc net.religion net.religion.christian net.jokes net.micro net.philosophy net.politics.theory net.lang.c net.unix-wizards net.games.frp net.women net.sf-lovers net.movies net.rumor net.kids net.space net.unix net.sci net.physics net.consumers net.startrek net.audio net.micro.atari16 mod.music net.comics mod.std.c net.abortion net.tv net.legal net.news net.micro.apple net.cooks net.bio net.motss net.religion.jewish net.med net.misc net.books net.news.group net.arch net.origins net.travel net.info-terms net.bicycle Now, here is my proposal. None of the sites which I talk to has anyone who is interested in microcomputers in any way, so we can delete those. No physicists, or space-people, engineers, or programmers, so we can put all of these groups except travel, tv, auto, and books (we like those here) into a separate group. We are going to call it "nerds.all". Since we will no longer be carrying all that nerd stuff, we can save beaucoups of resources, and EVERYONE will be happy. Gosh, I called all the places we exchange with and none of them cares, so bye for now. Consider it done. Y'all let us hear what's new and where you be goin' on your vacations.
