[comp.windows.x] Problems with Installation of X11R4 on DEC 5200 under Ultrix 4.0

I am new to X windows, so if I sound confused, I am.

I have been trying to install X11R4 on the DEC 5200, under Ultrix 4.0
for the past week and I still get this same error whether I am using
gcc 1.39 or cc. The error occurs in the file 
mit/server/ddx/dec/mfbpmax/mfbpmax_io.c. The compiler complains that
it doesn't know what PM_Info, pmEventQueue, pmBox, pmCursor, 
pmTimeCoord, QIOVIDEOON, QIVIDEOOF are. It tells me that they are 
undefined. So I have been searching for these variables in the include 
files used in this file but no luck!! I can't seem to find any reference
to these variables.

I have ran fixincludes and the patches that came with the release and
they all took fine. 

This is the only file that is causing any problems with the 
installation. If anyone has any suggestions or hopefully ANSWERS!!!
please help.
