Hi again, guys, looking for more info, and a bit of help. Has anyone out there managed to get ups to compile on an Apollo DM3000 running BSD 4.3? I've been fighting with this for most of the past two days, and haven't managed to get anywhere. We're running SR 10.3 here, and the patches to take us up to X11R4 will be here "any day now." (Yeah, and the check is in the mail...) I'm working on a project that I need a good debugger that is capable of handling X (my own X skills are a bit weak.) DBX just doesn't cut it in normal C programming, so I decided to get ups. Is there another debugger available that is halfway usable that will compile and run on the Apollo? (DDE isn't really an option either) Well, if you have any suggestions, or have managed to get ups working, please either drop me e-mail, or followup to this newsgroup. I check both daily. Thanks in advance. -Bats --------------------------------------------------------------- Bill Madden University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Pittsburgh, Pa Email: wemst7@unix.cis.pitt.edu <-use this one because -or- batman@mb5000.anes.upmc.pitt.edu <-this one's been acting like a yo yo lately.
