Hello there,
We're seriously considering the purchase of FIGARO+, a commercial implementation
of PHIGS. It comes from a company called TGS (Template Graphics Software) Inc., based
in San Diego, CA.
It claims to run on almost any combination of hardware and software.
My questions are:
- Is there someone(s) who used it on Sun SPARCStations on top of X11? If so, how good is
the product and the level of support from TGS?
- How does it compare to SunPHIGS (Sun's implementation, running on top of SunView) ?
- There is a rumor that Sun is working on a OpenLook version of SunPHIGS. True? When?
Please email to me and I'll summarize if there is enough interest.

As far as I know it is currently in Beta testing. I think it will be available this summer.
