Does anyone know whether "The Book" has been published in the UK yet? Prentice Hall here say it should be out any time (if not already), but I have been unable to find a definite publication date. Tannenbaum was kind enough to let us take a copy of Minix itself, so it's kind of frustating that we've got Minix but no book, while everyone in the States has the book but no Minix ...
