Well, it seems that once again a site with brain-damaged software (rsch.wisc.edu) has decided to cost us all a bunch of money by retransmitting all its articles, SEVERAL TIMES. Would the person responsible for this fiasco PLEASE FIX IT IMMEDIATELY! Better yet, their upstream feed should cut them off until they learn to TEST their software before unleashing it upon the entire net... --Greg
