Is there anywhere in the NYC/Philadelphia area where I can find Andy's book? I have tried repeatedly without success at McGraw Hill in Rockefeller Plaza, two BDaltons, and various Mall type bookstores. Has anyone actually bought the book other than at Usenix ? Thanks, -Bill Kish
