[comp.os.minix] at_wini.c bugfix addendum: MAX_WIN_RETRY -> 20000

In the previous bugfix/diff posting, I failed to note that MAX_WIN_RETRY 
should be changed if you get cycling wini reset failures.  MAX_WIN_RETRY 
of 20000 works fine for the Maxtor.  I discovered this slightly after
the posting.
