Has anyone recieved any MINIX floppies from Prentice-Hall in the last month? About a month ago, Dr. Tanenbaum posted that he had persuaded PH to cut through their bureaucracy and just go ahead and make more floppy sets and send them out. He had been told that PH would have another batch ready to ship in two weeks. If you have recieved anything from Prentice-Hall lately, please drop me a brief note to that effect. It would ease my frustration to know that floppies are shipping and there is light at the end of the tunnel. In the mean time, is there anyone in the Seattle area who would take pity on a poor hacker and let me copy their diskettes? I have access to both AT's and PC's, so any format will do.
