I'm posting this for a friend without net access -
Could anyone tell me what the policy is on (legally) copying minix sources
and binaries? My friend is very interested in getting the book, however in
Canada the software seems to be "quite" expensive.
I vaguely recall that the sources and binaries are copyable. Could someone
either confirm this, or tell me what the actual story is?
I'm sure this has been discussed so it would be best if you could mail me
the answers directly. I'll make the answer available to anyone who emails
me, if there are a large number of such requests I'll assume this in fact
isn't widely known and will post a summary of the messages.
