[comp.os.minix] GCC for the 286 processor.

Recognizing that its nearly heresy, and begging forgiveness in advance...

  I'd like to know if anyone has ported GCC  to the Intel 286
instruction set.  I'd even accept a horribly inelegant port.

  Please respond to me directly, I'll summarize to both lists if there's
anything worth summarizing.
