With refr. to Sec. 4.6.3 in the book: In fig 4.24(c), is the entry for Virtual Stack 0x200 or should it rather be (0x3400 - 0x32c0) = 0x140. Also where is the routine get_tot_mem() defined. Its not mentioned in xref section and I cannot find it defined in the listing(accompanying the book) either.
