We have run into several failures with the "cu" process being able to dial into external networks. It appears that the dialers work for the first few times they are tried but as the day progresses we start experiencing more and more failures of the call mechanism. Usually if we try the dial process several times in succession, we will finally get through. The returned message from the cu process seems to have no real consistance. In some instances it will indicate the dialer is hung and in others it will indicate that the line or acu device does not exist.
