Date: 29 Apr 1982 at 1523-CDT I have never understood this fascination with using input silo alarms on DHs and DZs. One has to poll anyway for good interactive response. I use a polling DZ driver (home-grown) and suck up whatever happens to be in the silo whenever any rcvr interrupt occurs; this seems to work great and is a whole lot less trouble. -------
