[comp.os.minix] need localtime

Hello Minixers -

     Managed to get all of the 1.2 --> 1.3 upgrades in place and got
everything running.

     For those interested, re-compiling the kernel (not fs or mm)
under 1.3 took 3:52 .  (Dr. Tanenbaum, *thank* you!)

     Was attempting to compile "cron" and had a problem.. missing
localtime().  I didn't see it in the distribution so it must have
appeared somewhere else.

     Can someone e-mail me the appropriate files?  Or point me in the
appropriate direction?

     I haven't had so much fun (or lost so much weight) since banging
on my old CP/M-80 system!
