Complete RJE facilities come with UNIX System III, which is the heir
to PWB.  HASP in particular is supported, and KMC11s can be used to
handle communication protocol effectively.  Since a System III license
is only $2000 for UNIX/32V source licensees (getting MUCH better for
additional CPUs), this is an affordable way to get RJE, SCCS, etc.
as well as the new C compiler onto UCB UNIXes at commercial sites.
