EMail access to the Minix archives on bugs.nosc.mil is suspended for the present. Sorry. This is partly due to mailer unreliability, and also problems with disk space. FTP access is still there, so get friendly with an Arpanaut. The archives may someday move to my workstation on schroeder.nosc.mil, if Apollo ever gets around to fixing their ftpd. I still occasionally agree to write on tapes sent to me with (USPS) return mailers, but I don't hurry, even if you're in a hurry. The Subject index for articles will get slightly reorganized, but don't expect very much more than grep Subject: *. The archive is also being split into more directories. I have prepared a complete source update package for v1.2-v1.3 . These are diffs, new files, and replacement files, along with a mostly correct sh script for the mv'inf, mkdir'ing, rm'ing, and ln'ing, needed in advance of applying the rest of the update. Not all the text files copied from /etc to minix/tools are correct. Makefiles containing ^G's don't. Make sure that the linked include files are updated exactly once. This pkg is being put into the archive. If someone offers sufficient (non-monetary) encouragement, I might hasten creation of a 1.1-1.2 update.
