[comp.os.minix] MINIX 1.2 in 80286 Protected Mode

I am presently working on changing MINIX 1.2 to run under 80286
protected mode.  I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone
who has done or attempted this in the past.

I am specifically concerned at the moment with overcoming the use
of pointers in message passing.  AS dereferencing in some cases
may cause segment faults.
