I'll admit up front that this may be an incredibly dumb question, so
please hold the flames down to mild warmness.
I have access to a couple of Ithaca Intersystems S-100 systems with
bank switched memory (1 MB) and 10MHz Z-80B CPUs. These guys were
originally MP/M machines configured for 3-4 users, and ran well
that way. Both have 10MB (I think) hard disks. All terminal I/O is
via dumb terminals on RS-232 ports up to 19.2.
Given that all the assembly language I/O and interrupt service
routines would have to be redesigned; is there _any_reasonable_
chance that MINIX could be ported to these boxes?
I have an _old_ (c. 1983) version of Aztec C for them.
Thanx...
